All students attending in-person or hybrid classes are required to be fully vaccinated* (14 days after final dose) with the COVID Vaccine, Measles, Mumps, Rubella, and Meningitis (proof/waiver). You must submit your proof of COVID vaccination or a request for medical exemption or religious exception via CUNYfirst, as well as submitting immunization records for MMR and Meningitis (see below) documentation no later than:
- Freshman & Transfer Students will be invited to attend a mandatory orientation; therefore, they must submit proof of vaccination prior to attending orientation.
MMR/Meningitis
Submit your Measles, Mumps, Rubella, and Meningitis (proof/waiver) documents to the Medical Records Unit within the Office of Undergraduate Admissions at medicalrecords@baruch.cuny.edu. If you previously submitted this information to another CUNY college, you do not need to resubmit them.
