Last Semester

As you enter the final phase of your studies at Baruch, it is important to remain in contact with ISSC and complete necessary paperwork.

Final courses and commencement

If you are registered for fewer than 12 credits you must complete the Request for Reduced Course Load and submit it to ISSC.

If you wish to have members of your immediate family (mother, father, sister, brother) come to the U.S. for your commencement ceremony, you may fill out a request form for a Graduation Invitation Letter. We can not provide letters for non-immediate family members.

Optional Practical Training (OPT)

If you wish to apply for OPT you must do so before last day of your final term. Find the application here and find answers to questions on the FAQ page.

If you do not want to apply for OPT you must complete the International Student Departure Form and return it to the ISSC.
