Success in your Career
Program Overview
Success Amplified Returning students will engage in professional development opportunities, including building a resume, interview preparation and networking strategies. Our students will be supported and guided throughout the year with one-on-one, personalized guidance by our staff as well as Peer Coaches. Additionally, participating students will learn from, and interact with, industry professionals.

Success in Your Career builds on the community of faculty, staff and students at Baruch by expanding networking opportunities with our career services staff who are experts at equipping our students with the professional tools they need to be leaders in their fields of interest. We believe this program gives our students a competitive edge by simultaneously building on their skills and further developing their identities as members of the Black and Latinx community.
