The Division of Enrollment Management & Strategic Academic Initiatives (EMSAI) serves to recruit, retain, and support students to enhance their academic success at Baruch College. EMSAI includes the BOSS (Baruch’s one stop shop); undergraduate marketing, communications, recruitment, and admissions; College Now for high school students; registrar, financial aid services; the Percy E. Sutton SEEK Higher Education Opportunity Program; international student services; testing and evaluation; as well as student success programs Success Amplified and the CUNY Black Male Initiative.
