Undergraduate Advisement & Orientation
The Office of Undergraduate Advisement & Orientation supports all undergraduates’ transition into the Baruch community. The advising and orientation team encourages students to take advantage of the unique educational experience of being on an urban and diverse campus. The advising and orientation team is dedicated to helping students navigate college life. In partnership with our students, we provide advice and guidance helping each student pave their way towards graduation and the actualization of their educational, career and life goals.
Curriculum and Policies
The advisement staff is available to assist students in understanding matters relating to academic requirements, policies, and procedures. Students are invited to meet with an academic advisor to discuss their academic progress.
Peer Advisors
The Bearcat Peer Advising Program is dedicated to helping students navigate college life. Bearcat Peer Advisors (BPAs) provide the tools and resources needed for students to make fact-based decisions and design academic plans that would optimize their experience at Baruch College.
