    Verification of Enrollment

    Dear Spring 2026 Faculty:
The Verification of Enrollment (VOE) rosters will be available in your CUNYfirst Faculty Center during the period noted below.

Spring 2026 Verification of Enrollment (VOE) Deadlines
VOE rosters available VOE rosters due
Winter Intersession January 3 January 6
Spring Regular Session February 2 February 15
    Spring 7-Week Session I January 29 February 1
Spring 7-Week Session II March 25 March 28

    Key Reminders:

    • VOE rosters cannot be reopened after the deadline—no exceptions.
    • Confirm whether each student is actively participating (e.g., attending class or submitting assignments).
    • The default selection is “Yes.” If a student has never participated and there is no documentation, select “No.”
      * Students marked “No” will receive a WN grade, be withdrawn, and lose access to Brightspace.
      * If marked incorrectly, a WN can only be reversed using the online Grade Change/WN Reversal process in CUNYfirst—only if the student participated before the deadline.

    Why it matters:
Certifying VOE is a mandatory CUNY requirement and critical for federal compliance and financial aid eligibility. If a roster is not certified, students may lose aid and will be directed to contact their instructor.

    Additional Reminders:
Students not on your official roster must not attend class. Direct them to email: RegistrationIssues@baruch.cuny.edu
