Navigate is a student success management software that enables faculty and staff to connect students to advising and various services across campus. The platform helps students schedule appointments, view their class schedule, check holds on their account, keep up with important to-dos, and easily access information on campus resources and contact information.
Faculty and staff have access to features that include early alerts, case referrals, reporting, and centralized interaction records, such as notes, documents, and scheduling. Users can run advanced searches to identify students based on a wide range of criteria, manage appointments, run email campaigns, track student progress, and manage caseloads.
Navigate also provides an analytics tool for academic leadership that organizes historical student data into user-friendly, interactive visualizations.
Logging Into Navigate
Navigate has two separate components, one for students and the other for staff. Click the appropriate link below to access the system using your CUNYfirst credentials (FirstName.LastName##).
