Guide For Department Chairs
Topic: Download Reports
Steps:
- Log in to the Your Input Matters! Online Student Course and Faculty Evaluation system site at https://baruch.cuny.edu/evaluations.
- Hover over Reports in the menu bar at the top of the page
- Click on Download PDF Reports.
- You will be brought to the PDF Report Generator Downloader.
- This screen will show the response rates for your authorized disciplines/reporting units that you have access to and have been released to departments and instructors.
How To Use:
- From the upper left dropdown, select the semester or year you want or select “All Years”
- If more than one discipline code exists in your department (e.g. MTH, CSTM, FSPM), change “All Departments” to a specific discipline code. This will present you with all instructors and classes in the selected discipline.
- If you are looking for a particular instructor, you can choose the instructor from the “See all instructors” drop down menu.
- If you are looking for a particular course level (i.e. Graduate (GRAD) or Undergraduate (UGRD)) or course type (e.g. Lecture (LEC), Recitation (REC) or Lab (LAB)
- Please ensure that “See All Course Groups” is always selected
- You will see a list evaluation reports which are available for download
- Select reports to download
- For one or more reports, click the check box next to the left of the class information for each report you want to download.
- For all of the listed reports, click on the check box next “All” at the top of the list
- Click on the “Download Reports” button above the list of reports.
- If there are any report pdfs that are not ready for download the system will generate them. A report generator status message will appear to let you know that this process is occurring.
- The system will then combine them into one (or more) PDF files.
- Please note that the split into multiple PDF files is determined by the system due to file size/number of reports. If the system generates multiple files, they will be zipped in a single zip file
- Your browser will either download them directly or prompt you to save them.
