Vaccination Requirements for Fall 2021
FDA approval of the two dose Pfizer vaccine has prompted CUNY to extend vaccination deadlines for students. All students must upload their proof of vaccination by Monday, September 27th in order to be verified by the deadline.
In order to meet this submission deadline, you must receive the following vaccines by these dates:
Pfizer: first dose by September 2nd
Johnson & Johnson: single dose by September 23rd

Wednesday, September 15 | •100% Tuition obligation for course drops WN Grades assigned •Grade of W is assigned to students who officially drop a course • Last day to apply for Fall 2021 graduation |
