    September 2022 | Starting Strong!

    It is great to have all new & returning Bearcats back on campus for the Fall ’22 term! The energy on Lexington is felt, and we wishing everyone the best of luck this semester.

    To assist in your success, be sure to utilize the variety of resources Baruch has to offer:

    Student Academic Consulting Center (SACC) – Tutoring, workshops, and final exam reviews at SACC support specific undergraduate courses.

    The Writing Center – The Writing Center works directly with Baruch students and faculty to support the development of long-term writing skills.

    Counseling Center – he Counseling Center provides free and confidential services to anyone who is currently enrolled and registered as an undergraduate or graduate student at Baruch College.

    Latinx Heritage Month is a time to celebrate and commemorate the contributions and achievements of the Latinx Community. We invite the entire Baruch Community to join us in celebration of Latinx Culture as we explore and highlight its resilience, perseverance, richness and diversity.

    Kick off the month-long celebration with music, games and club tabling.

    BLS Presents: Latinx Visions Deconstructed
    12:30-2:30 PM | NVC 2-125
    Connect with the Black & Latino Studies Department faculty/staff. Learn about the BLS Major and minor options. Also featuring an interview with podcast creators Dr. Rojo Robles & Dr. Rebecca Salois that explores Latinx media and culture in its many forms.

    Starr Career Development Center

    Starr Search is now powered by Handshake!

    The Starr Career Development Center (Starr) is excited to announce the launch of our new student career management system, Starr Search Powered by Handshake! 

    Undergraduate students will receive an official email invitation to join the new platform. Moving forward students, will use Starr Search Powered by Handshaketo apply for jobs/internships, register for events (career workshops, employer info sessions, career fairs, etc.), and schedule career advisement appointments.

    Join Baruch One

    Baruch’s One Stop Shop now has it’s own Instagram page (@Baruchone) for students to follow to stay up to date with campus reminders, departmental assistance, and other how-to’s for success on campus.
